A seed that finally bloomed

Those of us with lots of empathy, we plant good seeds all of our lives. But we forget about the seed inside us that needs watering. I had trouble understanding why so many unpleasant things were happening to me. I started to question myself and the answers started showing up. I need to tend my own garden the weeds were to thick. I set boundaries and stood on them. It was hard at first because I was used to saying no. With time and consistency things have to change.
